Privacy Policy
Protecting the information you share with us is fundamental to who we are.

NabsFit was built to help you grow in three areas of life that rarely get talked about together: your faith, your fitness, and your finances. Because these areas are deeply personal, protecting the information you share with us is fundamental to who we are. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and safeguard it, and the choices and rights you have. Please read it carefully.
NabsFit ("NabsFit," "we," "us," or "our") operates the NabsFit mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Services"). For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller is NABSFIT LLC, located at 1518 Chase Oaks Drive, Keller, TX 76248.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us anytime at [email protected].
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information we collect automatically as you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties you choose to connect.
NabsFit handles two categories of especially sensitive information: health and fitness data and financial data. We treat both with heightened care.
You can disconnect any health or financial integration at any time from your settings, and you can request deletion of this data as described in Your privacy rights.
We use the information we collect to:
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services you sign up for), consent (especially for sensitive health and financial data, marketing, and optional integrations), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services in ways you would reasonably expect), and legal obligation (where we must process data to comply with the law). You may withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (such as health trackers, bank-linking providers, or app stores). Those parties have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies. We are not responsible for how third parties handle data you share directly with them.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We retain certain data for longer where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time, subject to the limits described below.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings, though disabling them may affect some features. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.
The Services are not directed to children under the age set for your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 16), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may process and store your information in countries other than your own. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it in line with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this policy or your personal data, we'd be glad to hear from you.
